You will have signed our parking promise as part of your child's admissions forms when you are allocated a school place with us at Northgate Primary school.

By attending Northgate primary school, you automatically agree to abide by the Northgate Parking Promise laid out below:

• We will not park on the zigzag lines outside the school at all times on Hollybush Road and Green Lane.
• We will not park on the yellow lines outside school on Barnfield Road between 8am and 5pm.
• We will not block access to driveways at any point of the day.
• We will not use what can be deemed abusive or inappropriate language to residents, other parents or staff.
• We understand parking safely around school is the priority of all visitors to school to ensure the safety of the children and our community.
• We will not double-park or block cars that are parked around the school roads.
• We do our best to 'park and stride' at school so we can reduce the number of cars around the school roads.
• We will be thoughtful drivers to keep our children safe. 

If you do see any reckless driving/ parking/ abuse, please make note of the driver's licence plate and report it to operation crackdown immediately. The police will then contact the driver and or school if needed.
