Our learning this term has been ‘Where would be the best place to explore?’, with a focus on Mountains and Rivers.

We’ve learnt all about Mount Everest and the first people to climb it (Tenzing Norgay and Edmund Hillary) in our English lessons and created some writing around their experiences.

Mr Munt recently spent 25 days in Nepal climbing mountains and visited Everest base camp, so he came in to speak to us about his experience and share some photos of his trip. The children have loved it!
