Year 3 have had a Stone Age Day experiencing activities that Stone Age people might have done to survive.

They have looked at flint and use the sharp stone to gut a fish then cook it on the open fire, used willow to make a fence using weaving skills to build it higher, crushed charcoal with water to make paint used by the Stone Ageto cave paint, built shelters using natural resources and tasted the cooked fish.
