Our Online Paying Platform
ScoPay is used to pay for school trips, breakfast and after school club and additional Nursery sessions. As part of our cashless system, ScoPay removes the possibility of loss or theft of money from pupils. Parents credit money to their child’s account online via the website with a debit card.
ScoPay login details and instructions are sent to all parents when their child joins the school. If you have forgotten or misplaced your details please contact Miss Watson in the school office who will arrange to resend them to you.
ScoPay is also a paper-less way to book parent's evening appointments with their child's class teacher. Your child's meeting will be set up so all you have to do is log on to your child's account, click the meeting and choose your time slot. There is also an option to leave the teacher a message. If you have siblings in the same school, you can link their accounts to see their meetings all in one place and download a timetable for your appointments.
How do I set up my SCOPAY account for the first time?
When a pupil joins the School, their parents/carers are issued with ScoPay login details and a step-by-step activation guide. It is very straightforward to set up an account. Parents/Carers who have more than one child at the school (or a different school who also use ScoPay for online payments) can link their accounts to a single login.
Who should I speak to for help?
Please get in touch with Miss Watson in the school office.
What cards can I use?
SCOPAY accepts visa debit and Maestro cards
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. In fact, it is as safe to pay online with ScoPay as it is to use your debit card in a shop or over the phone. ScoPay uses leading technology to process card transactions securely. All communication with the bank is encrypted. Neither ScoPay nor the school have access to your card details and your card details are never kept by ScoPay or the school.
