Book Awards Day!

All the children in Key Stage 2 had an amazing time celebrating the books they've read for the Book Awards. During assembly they all walked the red-carpet and collected their certificates.

Some of the children, those who've made an extra special effort with the book awards, were invited with their families to the after-school celebration event where they received trophies and medals for the books they've read and for the activities and trailers they've made.

It was a fantastic chance to celebrate the love of reading that is part of our school culture!
